A message never waits on the slow parts — it's acknowledged instantly, then processed in the background.

   A customer messages your Telegram bot.

   The webhook verifies, deduplicates, and stores the update — then responds instantly so Telegram never retries into a duplicate.

   A background worker picks up the message, resolves the conversation, and builds the right context: recent messages, relevant knowledge, and your instructions.

   The AI generates a reply — or, if the message is voice or an image, it's transcribed or analyzed first.

5. 5

   The reply is delivered back through Telegram, in the language and format your settings define.

   Everything is logged: message, delivery status, and any errors — visible in the admin inbox.
